Corinth Firefighters will soon have a new piece of equipment in service. June 23,2009 Deputy Chief Bowers made the trip north to Findlay Ohio to pick up a 1988 Sutphen 85′ Tower Ladder. The truck was DONATED by the TERRY FARRELL FUND to Corinth Fire Department. The Tower Ladder will be the first ladder truck in-service by a volunteer fire station, and will be only the second in the entire county . The Truck has a 4 man enclosed cab, Detroit diesel engine, allison automatic transmission, 1500gpm hale pump with a 350 gallon tank,and a 85′ Sutphen platform, the truck was also refurbished in 1996 by Custom Fire Apparatus and a new body installed. The truck is the former Findlay Ohio Ladder 1.
